Ben Stautzenbach

Fun Fact: I was an MLB mascot and got to lift the MLB Draft League trophy.
Benjamin Stautzenbach is a senior at West Virginia University studying Sports and Adventure Media with an emphasis in Sports Media. Born and raised in Westminster, MD, Ben has spent all four years at WVU. 

Ben has spent close to two years working with the school's student-run radio station, U92 the Moose, where he is part of the sports staff, handles board operations, serves as a color commentator, and is part of a weekly show discussing what's going on in the sports world. He also spent this past summer working for the WV Black Bears as a media relations intern, where he was responsible for providing updates on the team's social media performance and writing pre-game and post-game articles. Ben will graduate in May 2026, where he plans to pursue his master's in Sports Journalism. He intends to continue working his way up and eventually get a job in sports broadcasting and working in baseball.
