Dax Bolton

Dax Bolton is a senior at West Virginia University studying Sports and Adventure Media with an
emphasis in Sports Media. Born and raised in Clovis, CA, Dax has spent two and a half years at
WVU after transferring from Coastal Carolina University.

Dax has spent almost two years working for the WVU football team as an intern for the coaches’
video and technology team. There he has gained skills in camera operations, production,
teamwork and leadership. He also had an internship this past summer with the California Baptist
University Athletic Department. There he assisted in media and fan engagement and helped in
promotional and media planning for the upcoming athletics seasons.

Dax will graduate in May 2026 and plans on pursuing a career in sports broadcasting as a
sports news anchor for local television.

Fun Fact: I hit left-handed in baseball but when I golf I swing right-handed!
