Jeffery Boggess

Jeffrey Boggess is a MSJ student with nearly five years of professional experience in commercial video production. In his last two-and-a-half years spent with Fairmont-based West Virginia company Mtn Craft, Jeff fulfilled high-quality commercial needs to local, state and national clients, as well as served as the Program Director for the Mtn Craft FilmFestival in Clarksburg, WV. A bona fide cinephile, Jeff produces and co-hosts the movie matchup podcast HardTicket, and even boasts a few “Best in the Fest” awards for his 2023 short film “Burnt Factory.” He’s versed in the standard array of Adobe Creative Cloud products, has hands-on experience with universal video hardware and gear(preferring Canon and Blackmagic products) and has dabbled with DaVinci Resolve. He received his bachelor’s degree in strategic communications from the WVU Reed College of Media in 2020.

Fun Fact: I founded the WVU Cheddar Biscuit Club as an undergrad. I was also president of the WVU Film Club forover two years, but people never find that as interesting.
