Nathaniel Hite

Nathaniel is a second-year graduate student. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Journalism  with a minor in Music Technology in May of 2024 from WVU. He was born in Beckley, WV but  has lived in Morgantown for the last 15 years.  

He previously worked for WVU News as the Medical Reporter in Spring 2023 and a  Videographer in Spring 2024, along with working the audio mixer during the show for both  years. He is currently a TA for the Emmy-nominated show for WVU Sports, Mountaineer  Playbook. 

Outside the audio/recording booth and away from the camera, he enjoys listening to his  collection of vinyl records, playing music, playing video games, and spending what time he can with his family. 

Fun Fact: He is a multi-instrumentalist, as he can sing and play guitar, bass, piano, slide guitar  and is currently practicing and learning the mandolin.
