Mia Baroni

Mia is a senior journalism student at West Virginia University, double minoring in public relations and communication studies. She is from Folcroft, PA, which is 10 minutes outside of the city of Philadelphia. Mia holds two jobs here through WVU. She is a DJ at U92 the Moose, WVU’s independent student-run college radio station. She hosts a show every Tuesday night from 4:00-6:00 pm. You can tune in at u92themoose.com/listen or 91.7 FM. Aside from that, Mia is a campus tour guide for the West Virginia University Visitors Center. She is also a member of WVU’s chapter of RTDNA (Radio Television Digital News Association). Outside of school, Mia enjoys shopping and has always adored all things related to fashion. Most importantly, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. After graduation, Mia wants to move back to the Philadelphia area and hopes to pursue a career in broadcast journalism.
